Underrepresented students face systemic barriers at every stage of their medical journey—from gaining admission to medical school to finding mentorship and financial support. Without intentional investment in these pre-med students, the healthcare system will continue to fail our communities. The Sinkler Miller Future Physician Academy exists to change this.
